Refund policy


If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to assist in an exchange or refund.
All returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving your product and be in its original condition eg: unused /unworn and unwashed with product tags still attached. If for any reason the returned goods do not meet this criteria, the refund will be declined and the item(s) returned to the purchaser.
To submit a request to refund or exchange please email novantaclub@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and details for your refund/exchange.

● Proof of purchase is a requirement with all returns.
● Refunds will be provided back into the same payment type used at the time of purchase.
● Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
● Novanta will not refund the postage amount that was paid by the purchaser.
● Return postage must be paid by the purchaser unless there is a problem with the item provided e.g. the item is damaged or faulty.
