Shipping Rates

● Australia Standard shipping (+2 business days delivery) will incur a flat fee of $10 items under 5kg

● Australia Express shipping (+ 1-2 business days delivery) will incur a flat fee of $15 items under 5kg

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

● Once shipped, orders within Australia are typically delivered in 1-3 business days for express shipping and 3-8 business days for standard shipping. Please note, We endeavour to ship your order up to 2 business days after the date of purchase

● The above timeframes are indicative and delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

How to track your order?

● A tracking number will be emailed to you once your goods have been shipped. You can lookup the delivery details of your order via the Australia Post website by searching your tracking number up.

What if my order is undelivered?

● If our courier partners are unable to deliver the product for what ever reason and they send it back to us, you will be notified and we will initiate a refund to the same account in which the purchase was made or resend the package.
